The Leadership Education and Development Research Group welcomes new members from Western and beyond. There are five sorts of memberships available. Research Associates are regular faculty members or researchers located at Western or at one of its affiliates. For colleagues and individual researchers located at other institutions and organizations, we welcome your association with us by means of a Research Collaborator membership. For businesses, governmental organizations and third-sector groups who wish to affiliate with LEADR Group, we define these organizations as our Research Partners; do consult the relevant form to apply for this type of membership. Postdoctoral and Graduate Students are distinguished as another group of members. Students enrolled at Western or its affiliates in undergraduate programs constitute the fifth type of membership available: Undergraduate Student members.
